VESPERA TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This service includes subscriptions that automatically renew. Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"), particularly Section 5 "Fees and Payment," before starting a trial or completing a purchase. To avoid being charged, you must cancel a subscription or trial at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If unsure how to cancel, refer to our Subscription Terms or contact us.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The Vespera mobile application (the "App") and its content, tools, and services (collectively the "Service") are owned and operated by UPPRISA Yazılım Teknolojileri. By accessing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, establishing a legally binding contractual relationship between you and the Company.

Please review our Privacy Policy and Subscription Terms as they are incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of any updated Terms.

SERVICE

The Service provides horoscope predictions tailored to user preferences. All intellectual property rights for the App, its content, and tools belong to the Company. Unauthorized redistribution, decompilation, or misuse of the Service is strictly prohibited.

USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years old.
  • You will provide accurate and current information.
  • You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws.

FEES AND PAYMENT

The Service operates on a subscription model:

  • Subscription Fee: £5 per month.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Cancellation: Users can cancel subscriptions via their respective app store (Apple or Google).
  • Refund Policy: Refunds follow Apple and Google Store rules. Unless otherwise stated, purchases are non-refundable.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Credits: Vespera does not currently use a credit system. All features are accessible via monthly subscriptions.
  • Payment Method: Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Users authorize the app stores to charge applicable fees to the payment method submitted at the time of purchase.
  • Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. Notifications regarding renewals are managed through the app stores.
  • Refunds: Refund rules are determined by Apple and Google Store policies. If you experience issues with billing, please contact the respective store’s support team.
  • Changes to Pricing: Subscription fees may change. Users will be notified of price changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
  • Other Terms: Subscriptions and associated features cannot be resold, transferred, or exchanged for monetary value. If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any unused subscription time will be forfeited without compensation.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or specific outcomes from using the Service. Use of the Service is at your own risk, and the Company is not liable for damages resulting from such use, to the extent permitted by law.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived unless prohibited by local jurisdiction.
