Subscription Terms

Trial Period

Vespera may offer a trial subscription to new users. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically renew, and the applicable fee will be charged as displayed on the payment screen.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or as otherwise selected during purchase). Renewal charges will be applied to the payment method provided at the time of subscription initiation.

Payment Details

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, users authorize Vespera to charge the subscription fee to their chosen payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings. Canceling a subscription disables auto-renewal but allows continued access to premium features until the current billing period ends. Deleting the app does not constitute subscription cancellation.

Pricing Changes

Vespera reserves the right to modify subscription fees. Users will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after fee changes indicates acceptance of the updated pricing.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Issues related to billing should be directed to the respective store’s support team.

Additional Information

Subscriptions and associated benefits cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for monetary value. Accounts terminated for violating Terms and Conditions will forfeit any remaining subscription period without compensation.
